It's probably been sent in error so you'll need to ring them to ask.

I’m on hold now as we speak but it does actually say on the letter that I was awarded it this month and that I need to post the review by October or my money will stop

didn’t get through to pip automated response said to call back another day xx

The PIP helpline closes at 5pm. Unfortunately you'll need to wait until Monday to ring them. They open at 9am and that's usually the best time to ring.

thank you I don’t think it was sent in error as it says they just made the decision because of change of circumstances xx

It could still have been sent in error if the end date of the new award is an error and shorter than it should be.

thank you will update on Monday xx

It says on the letter if I don’t return it by October my payment will stop and everything that was put on my form it’s on there and there is blank spaces by the side of it to fill out and send in supporting evidence even though they already have my mri xx

Yes, usually for reviews and first time claims they give a list of supporting evidence you can send, that's normal. It's also normal for it to tell you if you don't return it by that date your PIP could stop. That doesn't change the advice I gave and I still think it's been sent in error.

I have been on low rate mobility for over two years and it’s due to end next week I can’t remember when I think it’s July so just thought it was odd to change circumstances then been awarded standard rate for daily living then receive the review straight away xx

The form may have been sent out before the decision was made on your change of circumstances. Post often takes a couple of weeks to arrive from DWP.

I had the message saying that the review has been sent out and on the same day had a message saying the decision was made thank you for all your help xx 😘

also I need to form u c of the daily living allowance added to my pip I contacted them they said to put it in my journal that my husband looks after me also where do I put it in my journal please xx

Hello @Ellie18. To let them know about PIP you'd press 'add a journal entry' and then select 'about a payment'.
If your husband wants to report being a carer for you, he'd need to do that on his account. He would select 'report a change' and then caring for someone, and enter the details it asks for.
I hope that helps but if you have any questions please let us know.

thank you ☺️ so much he doesn’t claim carers allowance as he works part time but could he still get the carers element?
0 -
Yes he can still claim carers element because it has no earnings limit like carers allowance does. The only time he couldn't claim carers element is if he's claiming the LCWRA element for himself because the same person can't receive both elements.

thank you he does work part time also does that effect anything I’m still waiting to her if I have Lwcra they said it can take up to 6 weeks do they back date it ? Xx

Working will not prevent him claiming carers element for looking after you. For you partner to claim it please follow Adrian's advice above.
If found to have LCWRA the extra money is paid from the 4th month after you provided your first fit note. First payment is then at the end of that month. It's not paid at all during that waiting period.
If you don't have children on your claim you will not currently have the work allowance. If found to have either LCW or LCWRA you will have the work allowance. This means a certain amount of earnings either yourself or partner receives are ignored before deductions apply.

we have two children at home xx so if we get Lcwra does my husband’s income get ignored? Xx is that what you mean xx
0 -
That means you already have the work allowance. It means some of his earnings are ignored. If you claim for help with the rent it will be £404/month, if you don't then the work allowance will be £673/month. For every £1 of earnings received over those amounts your UC is reduced by 55p.
May I ask did you claim UC through managed migration from another benefit?
