Hello Scope community it’s my first time so hope you can help.
My wife had been diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. She’s been able to work with some reasonable adjustments. She claims PIP std rate daily living part only.
Her condition is worsening and work is an issue to the point she’s thinking of leaving. If she retires, shes 61 and will only get £1200 per year pension she has full NHS contributions .
My job has changed forcing me to retire at 62 so probably Jan 25.
What benefits or other if any is she entitled too.
Thanks
Dicky Boy
