Does anyone know what equipment or apps I can use for listening and conversing on the phone when I have a hearing impairment?

I know there is something called Captioned telephone has anyone used it

    Hello @aleem

    I've never heard of Captioned telephone or used it, but I've seen lots of good reviews for Relay UK.

    Have you tried using any equipment or apps since you made your post?

    @Morgan_Scope I have not used it but i heard good. I have been talking to IT department within my workplace as Relay UK is currently on the Blacklist of software. I am trying convenience them why it should be used.
