Can I ask if both UC claimants receive full pip ( in a couple joint claim) if one loses lcwra and other person cares so gets carers elements for them can they both claim carers elements as a couple of they care for each other

Hello @charl1980, yes, both people on a joint claim can claim the carer element for caring for each other. The person who no longer has LCWRA can claim the carer element as long as they meet the caring requirements, which involve caring for the other person for 35 hours a week or more.
