hi everyone and again thank you to the persons who helped me yesterday. Really did not expect help so quickly. X

I remember when my grandad was on chemo, I hope you're doing okay today as I know it's a difficult thing to go through! I know sometimes Macmillan has support groups in certain areas, would that be something you could reach out about? Might be a chance to meet some people.
You seem to be working it out okay so far! If you aren't sure about anything please just ask away π

Hi charger! I hope the claim is going okay, how are you feeling today?

Having a bit trouble getting logged on they send me a code on email then when I type it in won't accept it they have told me to try in couple of hours so will do that otherwise I'm probably going to have to phone them makes me wonder if it is designed to get people in but will try again later and see how things go but no joy up to now

Just annoyed with the whole process at the moment

I get the annoyance @charger7, it can feel like they turn everything into a hoop jumping exercise. How's your day going otherwise though?

I've just had my scan results from my 2 knees and hip .think I be having an operation. Hate them grrrr I have severe how ever you spell it arthritis in my legs .how is everyone how do we see people's comments x

Yeah not too bad apart from the process of universal credit but gonna try again in an hour or so think they are treating the disabled a bit wrong at the moment I'm an amputee lost my leg and had numerous surgeries on hands and wrists due to severe arthritis you would think they would be different system in place for disabled but I suppose I'll have to keep jumping through the hoops

Are you having issues seeing some comments @shirleycurley? If you aren't too sure about something specific you could read through our guides or just ask away π
I hope if the surgery is necessary it's something that can alleviate your arthritis.
@charger7 I can see why it is extra frustrating! Citizens Advice can sometimes help with applications, I don't if you've tried reaching out to them and see if they can arrange someone to help you? Contact us about a Universal Credit application - Citizens Advice
