UC50 Form Help

Hi Scope Community,

Just received my UC50 form for the LWCRA, and I am hoping for some help with just a couple of the questions as I am confused as you know they do these processes to make it as difficult as possible along with slamming the health conditions to a higher degree, just do not want to make any mistakes as you know a mistake is what they want, I also would like this issue to be raised in parliament for the ongoing demand for medical evidence that they require time and time again when you have conditions from birth that will never change but they still make all this so dam stressful to help with the alarming figures that people with disabilities on UC are three times more likely to commit suicide due to these processes, at one point the DWP had killed more people than covid at a certain point, this needs to stop and be highlighted!

Any help will be greatly appreciated, sorry for the rant but am sure many on here will all feel the same about these processes, while all along these corrupt and greedy MPS have been ripping off the public for years with their dodgy dealings stealing public funds. to have the cheek to demonise the disabled in society with their lies towards us over the many years.

Which questions do you need advice on?

There are lots of guides online, personally l always recommend finding local welfare rights help to fill up in the forms. They are experts in what language to use, and pick up on things you see as normal, but are in fact not and need to be included.

Without knowing which questions you are struggling with on the UC50 it will be hard to assist. Be more specific and I am sure you will receive some input.

Do not apologise for the rant - filling in forms can cause immense anxiety. Take it step by step and provide as many real world examples of how you are challenged by the activities set out in the form. Any recent evidence such as OT or PT reports that confirm functional limitations will obviously help - but they are not essential. Diagnostic reports are not needed either.

    Best wishes
