Petition to UK Parliament with regards to records fabrications and medical negligence
My life has been irrevocably damaged due to catastrophic medical negligence. I am just one of many whose health and life have been devastated by similar circumstances. The National Health Service (NHS) and the doctors under its umbrella should be held personally and corporately accountable when they err in their duties. Misdiagnosis, along with fabrication of medical and legal records, have unleashed havoc on my physical and mental well-being, causing an indescribable scale of suffering and pain. What was originally localized untreated pain escalated into a full-blown functional neurological disorder known as fibromylagia, a condition that brings with it over 190 symptoms.
The severity of my condition has cost me my job, my financial security, and lifelong friendships. My life at home has been reduced to an isolated prison, my beloved pet given away because I could no longer care for her. This is my reality, and the reality shared by many others who are victims of medical negligence.
I am unable to meet own basic life needs. I can't work in way I should at age of 32.I am unable to walk unaided without CRUTCHES. I can't cook meals when needed. My housing in not adapted to my needs. I also suffer from physical disability,ADHD,CPTSD,social phobia and generalized social anxiety and panic attacks.
I am not getting any help I need. Finally after changing GP I started to get appropriate care but I am not getting fast track treatment. Pain clinic wait is almost 9months where I am in agony.Simplest tasks like shower, wash dishes, laundry feel like climbing Mount Everest
As I live in flatshare already 4ppl moved out due to being unable to cope with me constantly crying and not sleeping and being what I became due to no fault of my own
In the UK, Ireland, Scotland, and the Isle of Wright there is a pressing need for a national database. A system that links specific doctors with patients and records incidences of harm and negligence. This database will serve as a crucial tool in holding doctors and medical institutions accountable, providing an additional layer of protection for patients.
Without accurate records and tracking, it is difficult to determine the scope of this issue. However, a report from the NHS itself stated that in 2017-2018 there were 10,899 reported instances of 'severe' harm to patients and 460 cases where the patient died due to avoidable errors. (NHS Improvement’s NRLS national patient safety incident data, 2017-2018)
These figures emphasise the urgent need for action. We must mitigate further negligence and errors, hold accountable those doctors and organisations that cause harm, and secure justice and proper remuneration for victims. Please, join this fight to protect victims of medical negligence, and aid in the prevention of future incidences. Sign this petition today.
This petition is done out of nothing but Love for my fur daughter, my cat named Gianna Luna. Mom loves you baby. Mom will bring NHS on its knees.
NHS cynically attempts to cover up negligence with help of paramedics, paints me as danger to others, criminally convicted me in court for harassment towards main perpetrator of abuse, labels me as manic or having personality disorder where there is nothing wrong with me but with That GP who on top of negligences, I suspect her to be sick with Munchausen By Proxy as she medically abused me, induced illnesses in me, sexually molested me, and actively harmed me whilst pretending to be 'saviour'.
She has been obsessed with me, luring me into excess of appointments(double appointments with her) where she psychologically and emotionally abused me, hypercriticized me and over 9 years with her Not ONCE she gave me help I needed but defrauded NHS for pretended 'help'
I will be adding more statements and I wish for support. Please help me fight NHS system that destroys lives
