Phone interview problem understanding
My daughter has autism, anxiety, depression and other..A month ago had the 4 banks statement phone call..To be told her citizen card is not correct ID they would get back to her .No passport or driving licence yet in the ID list ID card..Yesterday email etc a phone appointment Fri.. Then recieved a phone call as she was reading the recieved email..My daughter kept saying she's had a phone call why does she need another? The callers English was terrible and my daughter kept saying I don't understand..At that my older daughter spoke and asked " could the caller explain why another appointment was needed so she could explain to my younger daughter . To be told its personal information and can't be discussed ,My daughter then gave verbal consent to explain to her sister why she needed another call..The uc refused and also said my daughter hadn't recieved a previous call, but its there in her journal..Turns out the same caller from uc..My daughter then wrote you are the same person I had my previous call with? Reply" yes I explained in the call " No she didn't.???.The gov webpage says verbal consent can be given in a call to help vunerable people ..Anyone have this problem or advice

I'm really sorry you didn't understand there must of been a miscommunication or the caller hasn't bothered to look on the journal which can be very frustrating I know

She got quite irrate while my daughter got upset and anxious..My older daughter tried to explain that there was a previous call, and could she just be told why there was another ..The caller at no time confirmed she had been the previous caller ..But stated in the journal she had confirmed she was the previous caller ..The caller even tried " the line is breaking up" It wasn't.. The problem understanding was not having a clear explanation of why there was another phone call appointment?..My daughter asked more than once why am i having another call?wasn't just the language problem
