In my personal opinion she is an Expert Perhaps that may be misconstrued on here but you have made it clear now that neither she nor yourself work for the Dwp.We are just extremely fortunate to have people like yourselves that no a great deal more than us and can offer help and advice.I think if either of you were working for the dwp with the inner knowledge you have now from scope there would certainly be some different outcomes for people and a lot less stress.

@Jane315STARX thank you for being so kind. @CRR is correct, whilst I do have a lot of knowledge regarding benefits I'm far from an expert. My knowledge comes from my own personal experience, as well as learning from others over several years that are more knowledgable than myself.
The saying that we learn something new everyday is so true and this applies to myself too. Whilst I know an awful lot, there has been times where I've got something wrong and still have a lot to learn. Benefits are complex, there's no doubt about that.
I totally agree with @CRR who has hit the nail on the head with their observations.
As for working for DWP (I don't) I think I have far too much knowledge for that. 😉

Sorry to hear about the bad news @daisey84 I am not sure of what you’ll need for tribunal. But maybe that is something @poppy123456 could give you a hand with. I hope all goes well xx

@daisey84 sorry to hear this. This is what I'm also expecting in months to come when I get rejected from mandatory reconsideration. We mustn't be disheartened though. It seems there is so much going on within this whole system that is utterly ridiculous and extremely unfair.Much alike the child Dla system which I have personally encountered.I hope you have the strength to continue and health can withstand the fight X

Sorry to hear that @daisey84 we're all here to support you through the next steps, which will be asking for a copy of the assessors report and applying for a tribunal which is easy to do and can be done online quickly.
There's many of us here who have been through it multiple times, I'm currently waiting on a tribunal date myself. I think the worst part is the waiting.
