Hi, my name is lucy

I was self employed very successfully for over 15 years. Long story short I lost my business to fire damage caused by neighbours and had to close with stress. I await court to get compensation and it’s been tough. I developed ptsd, hardly leave the house and find daily tasks difficult. I was assessed very briefly, 13 minutes exactly, and was put into a work group and told I was fine. I am not. I applied for mandatory reconsideration and was told no. I feel I really need to be I. The support group to help try rebuild my life and confidence. I feel there’s no point trying to appeal but I really need the help. What should I do? It seems that just because I can hold a conversation over the phone and I am not terminally ill, I’m not entitled to help. Seems unfair.
