Hi honey Pearson
How about asking your GP for a referral to a pain clinic, Leeds has one of the best in UK. It may take some time for appointment but results can be life changing - reduced pain, manageable or unbelievably no pain. Worth a try.

Hi @joneypearson Welcome to the Community. I hope you enjoy your time on the forum.
I agree that talking to your GP about your pain would be a good idea.
Please take care of yourself.

Welcome @joneypearson! I'm so sorry to read about your situation.
I can see you've had some feedback from the community already which is great. I tend to agree that speaking with your local GP for a referral might be the best route forward if you've not already. If you have, it'd be good to know what they've said so far as others who may have had similar experiences might be able to offer some additional advice.
I hope you don't mind but I've made a change to your post title just to help others who might have some advice to find it easily.
I hope you find your time on the forum helpful. If I may suggest looking at the categories, the coffee lounge is a great place to meet and speak with other members if you ever fancy a chat.
Best wishes,
Holly.

hello joneypearson
So sorry you’re in pain. I’m guessing you’ve tried everything available. Can you take anti inflammatory medication. I unfortunately can’t take them. Finding something else that really works is a nightmare. It’s worth looking at natural remedies. Hemp oil is affective, along with ginger, turmeric, curcumin. I have chronic pain and have found many alternative treatments help. It’s worth trying. Spinal injections can be very useful in the fact that they can last for a longer period of time. But while you wait it’s worth trying something new. Even relaxation techniques help. I hope you find something you’re comfortable to try
