Hi everyone, my names Caz and I have MS, fibromyalgia, hypermobility, POTS and (last but not least!) ADHD. I’m a pretty optimistic person as I’ve found looking badly on the hand I’ve been dealt has in the past massively affected my mental health. I’m not saying every day is a good day - far from it! But I’m happy to get the next day. I’m here to support anyone going through diagnosis, adapting to their ‘new normal’ or anyone who just wants to say hi! Having a disability can be lonely, so if I can help take that away a little bit I will do my best!

Feeling lonely really sucks, I completely understand that. I’ve rediscovered a liking of reading - yes it’s the same books most of the time but they give me comfort.

Well im poking you early in the morning as im waiting for the kids to get ready for school.

Its been a long xmas break because of the snow and we'r only back to routine starting today.

Im so happy as im a person of routine which has been disrurbed for over 3weeks now.
