I collected my Audi Etron Q4 in Oct via Motability . Within 28 days it just stopped working . Took a week to recover and Audi have had it since 11th Dec and they keep saying it needs lifting to either Huddersfield or Notts but no one is arranging and keep saying no slots . What are my rights ?

That's awful luck @Swimmingbunny1, sorry to hear.

Have you asked them about a temporary replacement? Also, looking at the website, RAC are a partner. Can you ask if they'll transport it? I'm not sure if that's a possibility or not, but it's worth a try. I've added a link to the website below that I think might be helpful.

    Spotlight on temporary replacement vehicles

I hope you get it sorted soon.

    Best wishes,

    Holly.

Hi I had the same problem with my car last year. However they did give me a car through euro car but sadly it wasn't suitable for my needs and at the time there wasn't anything available that would suit my needs. eventually after 5-6 weeks they loaned me a car that was suitable.I was told by someone instead of just leaving the first car outside unable to use. I should of informed them to come and collect the car and actually go without until a suitable car came available and apparently they would of reimbursed me while I was without a car or paid for taxis upto £35 a day.As I say I'm new to all this so it's only what I told at time so not completely sure .

    Good luck with your car.
