Hi, my name is Petal2025! I migrated to universal credit.
hi, I migrated to universal credit, on 23rd December 2024, I went for a ID appointment the coach said I did not need to come back. Just looked at my to do, they are asking for a fit note? When I moved over I was in the ESA support group and have been since 2012, I presumed I would instantly be put in the lwrca group, or has this triggered a WCA has I started university in September

Yes, you will be entitled to LCWRA from the start of your UC claim. It does often take a few weeks for ESA to confirm your status with UC. Not instant unfortunately and it hasn't triggered a WCA.
You are being asked for a Fit Note because the system has picked up on your health condition but doesn't yet have confirmation of your ESA status.
You can ignore the request as you don't need to provide one.
