Bulging discs pinched nerves

I’m struggling with lower back pain left hip and left leg pain radiates down in different areas even my left wrist and heel worse in the mornings on getting out of bed.

Had a left hip resurfacing in 2013 hip area has never been pain free had X-rays etc just showed up inflammation orthopaedic surgeon said I can be reopened up or discharged that was my choice as I said no to being opened up they discharged me.

I have a hospital appointment next week different hospital at a spinal clinic I’m on nerve tablets for the pain I’m never pain free just have to learn to live with it.
I had a mri scan last year showed bulging discs pinched nerves degenerative discs

I’m having physio they suggested Pilates/yoga I would get on the floor and struggle to get back up.

Anyone else suffering this that knows more.

I’m going to write a list of questions to ask at my appointment next week.
