Did he definitely get LCWRA, not LCW?

    Do you have LCWRA yourself?

hi and welcome to the community @Mybabygirl10 unfortantly I can't help you with the benefits side of things because I'm not an expert of these things.

However what I can do is recommend the coffee lounge for a chat or the games den for some fun

    A few questions:

Who told you he wasn't entitled to extra money, and was a reason given?

What date was the health condition reported?

What date was the first Fit Note handed in?

Were there any gaps in handing in Fit Notes, including any backdated ones?

Your UC assessment period or payment date.

Do you have Transitional Protection on your claim?

    If so, what amount?

I don't understand the transitional protection thing in uc we started our claim on uc back in August so I started handling in sck notes then as we where always on income support because of his mental health and all his other complaints uc told us we are not intitled to no extra humidity on top of what we where getting

Transitional Protection will be listed on your UC statements, if you had/have it on your claim.

Being awarded LCWRA would reduce the amount of TP, so I'm wondering if that's what has happened here.

Did the award letter definitely say LCWRA and not LCW?

Perhaps you would benefit from going into a local welfare rights organisation, see if they can help you sort it out in person?
