As Poppy advised you due to the gap in providing Fit Notes, this impacts when the DWP will start the waiting period for LCWRA element to be paid.
We won't know when they will do that here, add a note on your Journal (under Payment) and say due to the gap in Fit Notes you can't calculate your waiting period and would like them to advise you.
Your only other option is to wait and see each month if the LCWRA element has been added onto your statements.

Thats exactly what I was thing just thinking, just wait and see in my statement

But you know I'd rather just be calm and collective cause Its already been a long and stressful process I don't want to be on their case and even speaking to this and that person from the dwp πππ©π

@FranCiscO123, do you think your GP would write you a fit note backdated to when the last one ended, covering the period between your last fit note and the decision on your LCWRA? It isn't ideal and won't guarantee they backdate, it will be for a decision maker to decide, but it may help.

Hi @Morgan_Scope - there are some posts of mine that need some changes doing to them. Is it possible that can they be edited today? Itβs going to be on my mind until the edits are done. I love being on the forum but I have a
big, big habit π
of paying attention to the minor details. I care deeply about those minor details.Iβd rather be satisfied π with my writing than look at posts that Iβm not happy with π. I canβt help myself. The edits that I want can be seen in private messages sent to the @Community_Scope inbox π₯.

Good morning @ChrisSCOPEhtfc94. I'm on my own today and have a lot to cover, but I will try to get to these as soon as possible.

I can try, I've got an appointment on Tuesday.

Thank you @Morgan_Scope β€οΈπ. I can only apologise for what Iβm like but Iβm afraid my obsession just isnβt curable ππ.

Hello someone got back to me on my journal.
"Lcwra has been awarded on the 15/1/25. Unfortunately there is a full 3 assessment period wait before this element can be paid. This means your first payment inclusive of this element will be on 8/06/25"... ππ all the way in June π

That's 5 months

Will it be backdated?

The wait for LCWRA is 3 full assessment periods. The first AP is usually excluded if it isn't a full AP.
If I've got your AP correct (2nd to 1st).
Jan/Feb: excluded from the waiting period as not a full AP
Feb/Mar: AP1
Mar/Apr: AP2
Apr/May: AP3
May/Jun: Eligible for LCWRA element.
8th June: First LCWRA element paid.
