LCWRA when will I get first payment?

LCWRA
Can somebody help me? So I have been posting sick notes for over 1 year, I then was told I would have a work capability assessment. I haven’t had to fill out the form but just a telephone assessment. I have been awarded the higher amount, however it does not say when I will receive my first payment? Would I be right in saying I will be backdated payments due to sending them over 1 year of sick notes or do I have to wait the 12 week assessment period before I will get my first payment? It’s quiet confusing the way they write to you because it’s not very clear about certain things.

LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, from the date the first Fit Note was handed in. No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.
What date did you report the health condition?
What date was your first Fit Note?
Were there any gaps in handing in Fit Notes, any that were backdated etc?
Do you claim with a partner who gets LCWRA, have Transitional Protection on your claim or receive Carers Element in your name?
Finally what is your UC assessment period or payment date?

my fit note started December 2023, I have always put them in on time each month so there has been no gaps.
my assessment period is from the 5th to the 6th the following month and my pay date is the 12th of each month.Because I have been providing fit notes for so long woukd I be entitled to any back pay?
I don’t have a partner and I claim everything I am entitled to, have been on UC since jan 2023.
My son gets LCWRA, he lives with me so would this affect me or is it only if it’s your partner?
Thank you

Only a partner would count for LCWRA.
Do you get Carers Element for looking after your son, paid under UC?
I do need the exact date your health condition was reported and the same for the first Fit Note to do a calculation.

7th December new health condition declared, 11th December I give my fit note dated from the 8th December

sorry I forgot to add December 2023 for the above

December/January: AP 1 (as you provided the Fit Note within 7 days at the beginning of your assessment period)
January/February: AP 2
February/March: AP 3
March/April: Eligible for LCWRA element.
12th April: First LCWRA element paid
By my calculation you are owed 10 months LCWRA element. If it's not on your next statement then 11 months will be owed.
Money owed will be calculated separately and this usually takes several weeks at least. You'll know this has been done when a letter is added to your Journal confirming the amount they owe you.
You'll then receive the money into your bank account several working days later.
Benefit backpayments are excluded from calculating your capital from 12 months.
