Recording pip phone assessment

Hi just received my pip assessment conclusion letter.
I am going to request they reconsider their decision.
It states I am on no medication even though I stated on form and in phone assessment that I am.
It states I need no help with washing and bathing even though I stated on form and in phone call that I do.
States I can walk more than 200m even though I have on form I can't and the assessor on the phone call didn't even ask me that.
Anyway what I'm asking is I recorded the phone call assessment but did not tell the assessor that I was doing so.
Should I say I recorded the call in my request for my claim to be reconsidered or could this go against me.
Many thax in advance

Hey there @jon1965 Sorry to see no one was able to answer your question. How're you getting on? Did you request your MR?

You can mention it but in theory you have to tell them you are recording them so the fact you say you didn't do that probably means you can't use it as evidence.
