We are delighted to announce Liz Whiteley will be joining us to talk about emotions and disability.

Liz Whiteley is a Sheffield-based Trauma-Informed Therapist offering online sessions across the UK. She specialises in disability counselling and trauma-informed therapy, providing compassionate support to help clients navigate their challenges. She believes in everyone’s natural ability to grow and create meaningful change.

Liz’s goal is to create a warm, safe space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and emotions. She helps them identify and confront personal challenges, whether rooted in past experiences, present struggles, or future concerns.

Her approach is built on five key principles: safety, choice, collaboration, trustworthiness and empowerment. With expertise in Disability Counselling and Trauma-Informed Therapy, she respects each client’s unique experiences and works alongside them on their journey to recovery.

Mark your calendars for Wednesday, 12 February 2025, from 6pm to 7pm. Looking forward to seeing you there! 😃
