UC Migration

Hi there, I have received my migration letter, due to migrate before the 17th March. I'm currently on ESA and in the support group, I'm really uptight about applying, suffer from really bad anxiety and haven't done this sort of thing in a long time. I was just wondering what information is required for the online application? Do they require tenancy agreement, bank statements etc and is a passport ok for I'd? Thank you

Citizens Advice offer a Help to Claim service if you need advice or support.
You'll only need a tenancy agreement if you rent privately. If you are in social housing, UC will confirm your rent amount with them.
Bank statements won't be asked for unless you have over £6k in money.
Information about ID requirements is here:

Hi Kimmy,
Thanks so much for this info, do you know if I'll need a face to face interview even if I supply my passport? I suffer bad from anxiety so rarely leave the house. Thank you

If you use the link you will see one of the options is a biographical ID check.
This involves a telephone appointment where you are asked questions about your personal details that only you know.
You can request this through your online UC account (known as the Journal) once you have submitted your application.
