Thats your anxiety ofcourse fear of unknown lack of trust in DWP i will feel same when have pip assessment it could go really well i personally found lwcra easier than pip fingers crossed dont let it disturb your inner peace im trying to adopt this for myself really hard just think either way you can do an MR and youve done it before any changes are made goodluck later have nice bath put film on you got the phone assessment done thats stressful in itself

@Gemmabelle17 I got awarded lwrca 2 days after the in person review.Had to wait another 3 and bit months to receive first payment. Why i preferred in person then they can see for themselves.Example the reviewer commented on my nervousness and anxiety hiding my face not keeping eye contact etc. My low confidence.Something they may have missed had it been a phone call. Also had my community support worker with me too.Wouldn't worry bout things u can't control.I worried bout the ifs and buts but it turned out okay

My award came through 10 days after the phone assessment. She started the call saying she didn't need to ask me much as she had letters from my GP and consultants and then proceeded to ask me lots of questions. She was quite abrupt and I didn't think it had gone well but I was awarded it, there was zero reason for me not to be awarded it but you cannot help but worry and overthink it. I wish you well and hope it goes in your favour.

Hope you're not waiting too long @Gemmabelle17, it may not be as bad as you think it is but we'll all be here if the answer isn't what you hoped for. Fingers crossed you get a good result 😊

I had my telephone assessment on 22nd January and my award came through on 8th February 18 days later. I was a nervous wreck before the call, but I was very lucky and had a lovely Scottish man assessing me. He very quickly put me at ease and was so understanding of my situation. Sounds like he's a rarity.
