Children's Wellbeing and Schools Bill

I'd like to bring your attention to an issue that I have been working on since the 17th of December last year when the government decided to introduce a new bill that could potentially strip parents of their parental rights in certain situations. We approached Steve Broach Specialist Barrister KC when the changes to rights started and we obtained a legal opinion to prevent the introduction of requiring permission from the LA if a CiN is in place.
Now we have just managed to raise the money to go back and get a new opinion from the same barrister regarding this bill, I think it is important to let others know that we are fighting in every way we can, rallies, petitions, call for evidence every opportunity to push back because we will not allow discrimination towards anyone. They force kids out of school for being different 'not standard' then tell parents off for not providing 'standard' alternative education.
This can't be allowed to go on :'(

Your are making a big difference and you and everybody else involved should feel very proud of what you are trying to do. I would be interested if you could post anymore information you have on the rallies, petitions etc please?
