fibromyalgia is wrecking me at the moment, an hours sleep before the pain wakes me, exhausted and beaten, increasing pain meds are just sending into a world of blurr.

Very sorry to hear you are suffering.

Fibromyalgia is such a horrible condition to live with.

people don’t get the constant round of a few good days and you think I’m back it’s great, followed by hell, a few years ago I was involved in an incident that gave me 3rd degree burns, the paramedics couldn’t understand why I wasn’t too bothered, it’s not a patch on fibromyalgia pain

it’s probably the worse it’s been for a long time, I’m running out of choices of painkillers, pain is pushing me into a corner

Sorry to hear about your pain, it must be the week for it as my fibro is paying up something chronic at the moment. Painkillers either dont touch it or im allergic to them so have to go without which is something i dont recommend if you have a choice. I have a natural high pain threshold & didnt really get bothered by pain (even been hit by a car didnt really hurt for example) until i had fibro not long after turning 40 (almost 10 yrs ago). Its made such a change in my life (with the F.N.D & CFS/M.E on top)

I’ve fought this for over 20 years now, and I try hard to have a degree of life, I’m lucky as I was given a huge horse to keep me focused, but when the Fibro is kicking me this hard I have to leave him to friends to look after him

Hope your pain eases up and you can get back to your horse soon @horsefodder, it's an awful condition to live with. Thinking of you 💜
