Worried I messed up my PIP review assessment call

I had my Capita call today for my review after doing a lot of prep beforehand and putting together a detailed review form with a lot of supporting evidence.
I think overall I didn't answer things too poorly but I have anxiety and brainfog so found it difficult.
The one place I know for sure I messed up was on the mobility question when it came specifically to how long it took me to walk 20metres- I honestly just froze up and couldn't visualise in the moment the distance relative to how long that would take, they said just to guess and that there were no wrong answers, but I was too panicked to do that incase I just threw out a number that didn't make any sense.
All the advice I'd read said that saying you don't know is better than just making something up, but now I can't stop panicking and tying myself in knots over this, I keep worrying they are going to discount my claim because I couldn't answer with guesses.
It took a Tribunal to get the award I am on right now, I'm terrified of losing it and going through that again.

Hi @JCam43
It's completely understandable that you're feeling anxious after the assessment. Pip reviews are stressful especially when you've put so much effort and time into preparing for it.Even if you feel like you panicked on that question, it's unlikely to make or break your entire assessment as the assessor should take everything into consideration.
You're right, it is usually better to say you don't know than to give an inaccurate guess. It is honest and it shows you're not trying to exaggerate and this can go far for some assessors so hopefully it goes in your favour.I really hope that the assessment was successful and you continue receiving you payments.

I would react the same.. Not easy to visualise and estimate. Best wishes.
