Hi I am new here, I have just picked up a brandnew Greenpower JH500. I know its illegal to ride on the roads at 15mph but mine will be on private land, but where is the switch located to enable the scooter to do 15mph. I have tried looking for it under the rear plastic mudguard but being as I am I can't get down to have a good look or am I looking in the wrong place.
