It usually takes a few weeks for ESA to confirm your status with UC.

Have you had your first payment statement yet?

LCWRA element should be on there when you do.

If it isn't, you can alert them to that via the Journal.

There is supposed to be some automation now, but from people I've advised it's very hit and miss.

The respective computer systems don't communicate with each other, as the ESA system is so very old.

Hence why I still advise that it takes a few weeks for ESA to confirm your status with UC.

Your LCWRA element should be on your first payment statement.

Yeah I just thought it may have shown up by now is this normal for everyone who's having to migrate from esa support group or does this happen from time to time?

As I advised it usually takes ESA several weeks to confirm your status with UC.

It doesn't generally "show up" on your Journal as such.

You should see the LCWRA element on your first payment statement.

So everything is okay as it should be for migration to uc from esa?
