Hi, my name is sianny08! Any experiences flying from Luton with a powered wheelchair?

Good morning,
has anyone had any experience flying from Luton Airport with Easy Jet using a powered wheelchair?
We booked our flights mid January and have been in regular contact with Easy Jet since as we have not had confirmation that my wheelchair will be able to get on board, they say they are waiting for Luton Airport to agree it and if they can’t we may need to fly from Gatwick.
We have tried calling Luton Airport but it’s a recorded message, we have left messages and emails and had no response.
I use a Salsa M2 Mini and have had no problems in the past flying from Stansted with Ryanair we really didn’t think there would be any issues with flying from a smaller airport.
I would appreciate any advice anyone has.
Thanks in advance
Sianny

Hi @sianny08, sorry you're going through this stress before your holiday, that's no fun!
This isn't something I've had experience of myself but I just wanted to say welcome and give your post a boost so that others can find it. I hope some of our members might be able to share their experiences soon.

I'd keep hassling Easy Jet, they should be the ones arranging the assistance that you need.
