Autism and my lifestyle

Good morning folks
It's great to have Spring on the way and the daffodils are poking their heads out at last. This is the time when I plan the garden. I had first lawn cut last week as the weather was so nice. I just use a top cut as the cold snaps can still damage the grass. I look after my old mother and we both like to plan together.
I got diagnosed 2 years ago with Autism and it was a great releif to have a name to my problems that I had to cope with in my working lifetime. I was very lucky to keep a job down for 13 years, and my life since then has been a constant battle to stay at the same company for more than a few months at best.
My hobbies include Marquetry, photography and reading and am currently trying to learn the Ukelele. Would love to hear from anyone with similar problems or interests

Hi @3PARKWAY3, welcome to the community, I hope you'll enjoy our time here 😊 I love a bit of gardening too. We've got a discussion you might like to join in with here where we're discussing what we're going to plant:

Sounds like you've got some really interesting hobbies. I've played the ukulele before as well, it's such a fun little instrument.
