I first met Tuppy when she was seeking an erotic artist in the full flower of the sexual revolution back in the 70s. My wife spotted her ad in Private Eye. After a daft cockup of the type we would soon get to know in our relationship I started working with her on her first photo books, the most successful of which was The Ins and Outs of Oral Sex. Of course. Over the years I did hundreds of drawings and designs for the Diaries and other projects. And soon we had became working partners. The official photos for the launch of the Sex Maniac’s Diary, the first huge success on which Tuppy’s subsequent brilliance was based show us at our peak. And they’re good for a laugh… Such memories. I think our meeting changed both our lives, our first orgies for example. I’ll bless her roguish character and her naughty hilarious soh till my dying day. Sadly I never had time to give to the Outsiders, the fate of anyone making a time-absorbing living as an artist. Sorry about that folks. Best wishes, Outsiders!
