Can I switch to telephone (biographical) identity verification?

Ib and CB ESA to uc migration. I've got a to do in my account that says I have an appointment to verify my id at the job centre. I don't like to leave the house, never mind some sort of interview.

Plus, I'm not sure I have all the documents required to verify my id.

Is it possible to request in the journal the phone appointment I've read about?

What will they ask?

They won't ask me down the line to go in and verify face to face will they?

Hi @hughie1 it may be worth contacting them via journal/telephone to ask if a phone appointment is possible. For your ID, were you sent a letter with detail of what identification they will accept at all?

Regarding the questions asked, I've added below a link to a previous chat which might be helpful. There are some answers that provide a bit of detail as to what will be asked/how long it typically takes -Questions about the upcoming UC biographical appointment I have scheduled for this Thursday. — Scope | Online Community
