hey how u doing please when did you think universal take to backdate the money they haven’t paid me since i applied for credit it

    Each UC payment is based on your circumstances, and paid for, the previous calendar month.

    Your first payment is made 5 weeks after applying, and monthly thereafter.

    If your payment date falls on a weekend or bank holiday, it will be paid on the nearest preceding working day.
