in Start here and say hello!

Came across the site (by accident), as I'm newly diagnosed & classed as being disabled.

Something I'm trying to accept and understand as I'd never thought I'd fall into that bracket.

Have been recently been diagnosed with CFS, awaiting tests on POTS, as well as possible issues with my heart, and kidneys.


Got to say, getting older sucks.
