How do you know is it the severe group

So say will be reassessed to see if any improvement in condition so if not what then god I'm done with it all everyday something else so changing substantial risk on uc

It's one of those things that sounds logical and reasonable to people who never had to deal with the DWP 'of course we should reassess substantial risk people after a certain period of time they might have improved!'
Yet those of us with lived experience of these assessments know going through that when you are a risk to yourself if just plain torture and makes us even worse. Honestly it's counter productive because I know for one it would make me even further away from work and more likely to need to have the NHS spend more money on me!

my medical report says signed off with substantial risk to myself or others . I have had overdoses and psychiatric admissions ..

Hi, I can't find when my pip review is due, all I have is my appeal form and its not on that.
I read something about depending on review date matters when Nov 26th arrives, is this true.
II have 10 points for daily living, not being able to go to places that are unfamiliar I.e going to assessment. Help appreciated.

OOh I don't know where to find mine so what I read is be reassessed so get all your medical evidence I git folder and stuff sort today I read tories changed in 2023 !!! Don't worry I'm going to blast them if have assessment so sick and tired of the worry as we all our it's to much

I accidently asked for all my medical records and there is about 500 pages from birth. I will blast them with the lot. I am currently under mental health for mood stabalizer change. I am currently waiting for childhood trauma counselling. Also sent to the gastro department because bipolar meds mucking up my bowels. So I will get graphic about that because forgetting substantial risk I can be signed off there as well.
I havent had the courage to pick the phone up to pip yet..my head keeps telling me that might make a UC review more likely

Is it wise to send your whole life medical history?
A decision maker might miss the important pieces of information, if having to trawl through a tome-like bundle of papers.

Ring the PIP Enquiry Line on 0800 121 4433 preferably at 9am to avoid long delays in getting your call answered. Ask them to send you a copy of your award letter. It will probably take a while as it will be on second class post. I hope that helps you. π

work is not good for me , I cannot mix with people and I have panic and anxiety attacks around people . It would make me very ill .

It's interesting that this country has been health and safety mad for many years now except when it come to us, then the gloves are off and it's no holds barred.

I wondered if you had issues with calling them but didn't want to run the risk of putting you off if I mentioned it. π

Yep have tried to explain this on here as well, I assume anyone actually preparing a legal challenge will be aware of this as well. The downside of going public too early is of course it would aid the DWP's defense, as it would give them more time.
The same reason Labour told us as late as possible about what they had planned, to reduce our reaction time. I dont believe for one moment they didnt know what they were going to do until March.2 -
Don't worry your be fine I don't think it will trigger uc but I waiting for uc any time it would be good to do pip before 2026 with your medical history everything will be fine

I sent loads and highlighted diagnosis and consultations I got paper based

Hi and thanks. Yes I always have my answer phone on as I can't do calls out of the blue also talking on the phone isn't something I'm good at as everything goes out of my mind, the same with anything unfamiliar. Thanks.
