Wheelchair Advice

Hi I'm Callum I have cerebral palsy and chiari malformation and a few other bits and bobs ๐ thought I would join and ask some advice on wheelchairs I have an NHS had this for 15 years or so used on and off but as time goes on I'm using it more and more and just trying to find out how you'd go about getting a new one
I don't really have any specialists involved I've just been left to my own devices really and trying to get any help is really hard and not actually sure where I can go
Been doctors multiple times but they are a bit of a nightmare you can only really go in about 1 spastic thing at a time even tho most of my issues all tie into my disability
Anyway long story short just looking at advice on how to go about getting a new wheelchair one that's better and easier to use
Thanks
