Worried about changes to PIP

hello can some body help worried about the changes to PIP can somebody help will it effect Pension Credit at all ? Also what does LCWRA mean ? and WCA ? tHANKS

Hello @Penni.
They have proposed changing the qualifying criteria for PIP, so fewer people will qualify for PIP.
If you receive pension credit, you may be receiving an additional amount in your pension credit due to receiving PIP. If you no longer receive PIP under the new proposed criteria, you would lose the additional amount you receive with pension credit.
LCWRA and WCA are work-related and unless you are on a joint claim of UC as a mixed-age couple, and these changes shouldn't impact you directly as someone over pension age.
