in Start here and say hello!

Not sure what I am doing at all and not sure where and how to post messages or to whom, but my daughter has now received renewed bus pass after a letter from the GP, the MP and sending all her med. records. She had only held it for 38 years previously????

    Thank you. I do have zoom as I do not use a mobile phone.
