Hello
Can anyone advise: I am on UC and took my workplace pension to pay for adapting my house due to my disability.. The tax office knew about this and that I was on UC and said the DWP would find out and inform you what to do.. this never happened
Am I in trouble with DWP now

Hi @Benjaminyellow sorry you've not heard back about this yet. Is the concern with the value deducted from your pension to do this? May I ask the value if you're happy to provide detail?
