Advice needed. Confused 🫤

Hi there, I’m looking for some advice please.
I started UC Feb 2023. I was full time employed. I was signed off work sept 2023 but getting full sick pay. I declared my change in health & first fit note to UC Nov 2023. In April 2024 I started getting new style ESA. This amount was then deducted from UC monthly as classed as a dual claim.
I was let go from my job June 2024.
I have now been classed as LCWRA. I spoke to ESA yesterday who confirmed I will get back pay this week from July 2024 until now, then get payments from them fortnightly of £276.40. She could not advise on my UC as said it was seperate systems.
I spoke to someone last night who advised I should also get the health element added to UC now and this should also be backdated. Is this the case and if so how much extra will be paid by UC and when will it be back dated from? Will it be from when I informed UC of my health change or when my ESA started?
My UC is paid 7th of each month. I understand that any ESA will continue to be deducted from UC. As it’s a dual claim it’s very confusing.
Thank you

Hi,
The health element of UC is LCWRA. That is now £423.27 per month. (Since the April rates increase).
In most cases, LCWRA will be backdated to the start of the assessment period after the first fit note is provided. No money is paid for the first 3 assessment periods. So in your case it's likely to be backdated to around March 2024. If there were any gaps in your fit note dates then that can affect the backpay.
As you say, the ESA will continue to be deducted from UC in full.
