SCOPE firing 20% of staff???

in Start here and say hello!

What will this mean for your helpline? I tried ringing and cant get through today has it already close? will website be going too and this place?

    Hi @bigbear Scope will indeed be closing down a number of our stores across the country, but this wont be all at once.

    We are proposing to save £1.8 million in 2025/26, and very sadly this would mean fewer colleagues But the Helpline is certainly open as usual and we'll be here helping people as always. I'm sure if you tried ringing again, someone would answer as soon as they can.😊
