I guess as long as I receive and return the form before my deadline Feb even if it takes them a year to assess I should still come under current rules

I know, it's hard to decide. I'm in a similar dilemma of whether to claim PIP (for the first time) now or wait a few months.

"Well if I get a nasty assessor I’ll tell her straight “ this isn’t a comedy show you know. “😁😁😁😁

The doesn't seem to be much coverage in the media so far about the Welfare Reform Bill's first reading which is happening tomorrow. I have a feeling the Government don't want to bring to to much attention to it.

I just cannot get my head around the benefits changes , it is like they enjoy causing pain and suffering , do they hate disabled people that much ?

There are other ways to save money , yet they do NOT care that these cuts will cause hardship and some people may die , sorry but it is true. Makes me think they are doing it to kill people off .

It's a big relief for me that it has finally arrived because I used to check my letterbox, which is located in a mailbox room, religiously every single day just for this. And thanks to forumers who have provided me with helpful information on how to fill the form in, I feel I'm good to go. I'll submit it a day after my payment as advised, and my next payment date will be the 27th June, Therefore, I'll submit it on the 28th June. Bang!

Please don't be so nervous, you'll get sufficient help on this forum alone.

The DWP is terrorising us. I had to check my letterbox every single day for a whole year or so just for this damn brown enveloppe!

@Passerby yep, I was relieved when my migration letter turned up too. Living in fear of the postie is no fun. Hope all goes smoothly for you

Don't worry, if you had thrown away inadvertently their damn brown enveloppe, you would have received their text messages by now, reminding you of your deadline.
