Moving on. How to sell my old car

I want to sell my old SUV. This has an ORing fitted to the steering wheel and a manual brake hand lever. It has been a great servant being big enough to put my Luggie scooter in the boot (which has a flat lip)
Has anyone had experience of trying to sell a modified vehicle? The only options I can think of are Auction or sites like WeBuyAnyCar - but I don't they think they would be too keen on a modified vehicle would they?

Hi,
WBAC will buy adapted vehicles, but they don't offer the best prices and I've heard a lot of negative things about them.
You could try Motorway.co.uk instead. They do ask that you contact them after the initial quote and tell them about any adaptions.

Or if the vehicle is large enough for a wheelchair, then Allied Mobility buy used WAV's with adaptions.

Or if you're content dealing with the general public, then you could post a private advert on eBay or Autotrader.
