Health section universal credit advice

I submitted the universal credit form earlier. However, I forgot to add walking aids (elbow crutch and ankle orthosis). I got distracted and submitted without adding these treatments. I wasn't sure if they were treatments as I've used them for 18 months. Online says they are, though.
I'm migrating from support group ESA to UC so should be automatically placed in LCWRA. Should I put a message in journal thing to update? If so, what should I write and should I add comment for work coach?
Not sure why treatments asked about and wonder if it really matters?

As you will get LCWRA automatically it doesn't really matter if you missed off a few aids.
You can just make sure to include everything at your next reassessment.

You don't need to provide any further details as already explained you will get LCWRA automatically.

Thanks for reassuring me. I guess I'm overthinking it.

As explained, you have already qualified for LCWRA and can relax.
The health assessment assumes the use of aids - including medication - whether or not you have them. One is assessed/reassessed on that basis.
