Hi @emma85 looking at all the information that has been posted on this forum of late on the subject of the 4 point Daily Living proposed changes, it is the older claimants that have worked but can't now due to disability that are most at risk...

IIts When people keeps asking me and I have been telling them as it says in some articles that state pension and over state pension age isn't affected.and people say they are which they aint if that makes sense. It affects under state pension age working class people that's on pip

It was stated in a daily newspaper two days ago, possibly the Daily Express, that State Pensioners are not affected by the proposed changes. I would like further proof, but that is what was said by the labour MP Timms....
