Mental health, Cerebral Palsy & hobbies

Hi everyone, I’m not sure this is under the right topic but I’m really in need of some advice. I have Cerebral Palsy, mental health issues & numerous other health issues. Unfortunately I lost my best friend, my mum a year ago. So it’s now just me & dad. We’ve been through so much in the last few years meaning stress levels are high! I’m wondering if anyone can suggest any hobbies/things I can do alone/away from my dad so that we both get time to ourselves as I feel I’m just adding to my dads stress. I really struggle with social anxiety also.
Thanks for any help.
