l am a pensioner and currently receive PIP lower daily living rate these past 9/10 yrs. My health has got a lot worse .Can l reclaim or something?

You would need to speak to PIP to report your worsening health, you will then have a reassessment of your award.
At your age only an increased rate of Daily Living is possible.
