i keep missing calls, as i am being called whilst im at work and unable to answer due to working with children, i am off tuesday and wednesday but they only even seem to call the days im at work

Hi @nicole_cooper, welcome to the community. Are these calls from the DWP?

Hopefully it's nothing to worry about and eventually they'll get through to you, but you could try contacting the relevant department on your days off to see if they need you to do anything.
