in Start here and say hello!

I'm Sonia, 59 year old lady lives in Cornwall. The reason I have joined Scope is for support and how to cope with disabilities. I have spinal Stenosis , osteoarthritis. My Daughter is my carer, she finds it difficult sometimes, but I didn't have her I would be completely isolated and lonely
