I have been on lcw since February 2019 due to heart issues..

On 6th June this year I had an assessment where it was deemed my health has gotten worse and I was placed on lcwra.

I was told I was originally due my assessment February 2024 but this is 1st I finally got my assessment (no reason was given, I presume a backlog)

The assessor said any extra monies I am due will be backdated to February 2024.

Is this true?

Hi @Fuzzy351 if that's what the assessor has advised you, then I'd be pretty confident. Sounds like very promising news after a long wait! ☺️
