Hello my name is Christine ( Chris ). Me and husband are both ex military, married for 56 years. Have lived in Kent since 1973. I’m from South Wales and my buddy is from Belfast. We have three children 2 girls & a boy, 8 grandchildren & 9 great grandchildren. Thanks for listening to me and I hope someone is able to help me with my question.

Heya @chrisx and a warm (maybe too warm today?) welcome to the community. 😁
The warm weather allowance is automatically added in if you're eligible for it, so there's no need to claim. It's worth remembering that it is not a direct payment, but rather a reduction applied to your electricity bill.
For council ta reductions, just click here and follow the instructions.
For water bills, You'll need to check eligibility, but that would be the Watersure scheme, which you apply for by contacting your local water provider.
Hope that all helps. 😁
